General Terms

✦ Politeness, kindness and mutual respect are to be maintained while being in contact with me. I will not tolerate any hateful behavior towards marginalized groups.
✦ I can refuse a commission. Be it because I feel uncomfortable with it, that I judged that I do not have the capacities to do the commission or any other reason.
✦ I can cancel the commission if there are any breaches of my terms and conditions by the buyer.
✦ My artwork are for personal use only.
✦ You need to provide enough references and information for me to do my work properly.

✦ For commission taken on Vgen, I accept payment only via Vgen.
✦ The commission must be fully paid upfront.
✦ I take payment with PaypalDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ I am a student and not a full-time artist so do keep that in mind if any unforeseen delays happen or if I am unavailable for periods of time (exams, schoolwork, etc.).
In cases of delays and unavailability, you will be notified of it.
✦ Delivery time varies a lot but at maximum it will take 1 or 2 months to deliver bigger artworks.
✦ If you have a specific deadline, it is up to me to communicate with you my availability and tell you if that deadline is possible. A commission can be canceled if we do not find a deadline that works for both of us.
✦ If you need the artwork rushed, you will have to pay additional fees. The price of the fee will be established when discussing it with me and will be based on how long the artwork is going to take meREFUNDS
✦ If I decide to suddenly cancel the commission or pass the maximum of 2 months or the delivery time set with the client to deliver the artwork, a full refund will be given.
✦No refund will be given if there is any breach of the terms of services from the client.
✦ You can ask for a full refund, if it is before the commission is started or the very early sketching phase. When asking for a refund after the final sketch, you will only be refunded 50% of the price. There is no refund available if it is asked after the commission is finished.REVISIONS
✦ Revisions demands are ok when I'm still working on the final sketch that will outline how the drawing is going to look. When I start working on the final piece, revisions to fix errors or small adjustments like changing one color of the drawing are ok BUT anything that needs me to start the drawing back from zero will not be accepted. There is also a limit to how many revisions you can ask for.COMMUNICATION
✦ You will be provided with regular progress pictures of the commission as I work on it as well as frequent communication if I have any questions, ideas or need any clarifications on the project.
✦ I, generally, respond to messages within 24hours but it can take up to a week if Im busy.
✦ We will exchange messages on Vgen but if it's really needed, we can use others means depending on your needs.

✦ I, Irowithinstars, retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the work and work in progress pictures on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more.
✦ You, the buyer/commissioner, can only use my commissioned artwork for personal use such as profile pictures, headers, mobile and pc wallpaper, gifts, personal prints. When posting/showing my artwork on social media, you must credit me with one of my social media links or social media handle.
✦ The buyer has ownership of the character I have designed but cannot claim credit for the artwork itself or designing work.
✦ The buyer CANNOT claim credit for any artwork created by me.
✦ The buyer needs my permission before editing or modifying any of my commissioned artworks. Any Ai editing is prohibited.
✦ Feeding my artwork in any AI algorithms or any AI based projects is not allowed.CONFIDENTIALITY
✦ Any information (personal information, technical information, marketing plans, payment information, or sensitive business information) exchanged during our discussions will not be shared to any other party or publicly without written permission of the owner of the information. It will be all kept confidentiel.
